She currently teaches students nuances of organizational behaviour, organizational change, and various aspects of leadership and change management. Her courses include Organizational Behaviour, Human Resource Management, Labour Laws and Human Resource Audit. She is the Course Coordinator and also leads the Students’ Council.
Maryam’s research focuses on leadership behaviour, self-efficacy, and job involvement.
Has published research in Scopus and UGC CARE journals. She is an avid reader and researcher and is passionate about knowledge sharing and learning through collaboration.
