  • Saiema Charfare is an Assistant Professor specializing in Human Resources at Allana Institute of Management Studies (AIAIMS). She has four years of experience in the accounts department. Presently, she teaches Human Resource Management subjects, combining her financial expertise with HRM insights. Her courses include Financial Accounting, Financial Management, Organizational Behaviour, Fundamentals of Management Theory & Practices and Human Resource Management.
